I'm tired of yo-yoing with my weight. I was 155lbs just six months ago and then I lost a bit of control and slipped to 168-170lbs.
So annoying.
Urgh. I joined
Sparkpeople.com and it helped initially. Then I got bored and lazy and quit journaling. Hence gaining it back. But the thing that truly sucks is not being able to speak my mind on

I know how you feel about the weight thing. I've managed to stay pretty consistent for the last 3 years (and I started college and only gained 2 lbs. of the Freshman Fifteen), but that consistent weight is 30 lbs. over my ideal weight. *Shrugs.* I'm working on not caring so much, though. Again, my awesome little liberal arts college has helped with that. =P

That's what makes me the saddest, I guess. This time last year I didn't care and it was easy. Now that I care it seems harder! I need to work on it again, lol. But yeah, I get the staying consistent thing, at least I've dealt with the same amount of weight. *hugs* Good luck with your mental battle. :D Also, love Robyn Sparkles. So funny!

And I totally sympathize with the positive thinking. Ugh, some days you just want to be bitter and it is so hard to not do that all of the time.

dude weight issues are hard last year of college I was down to a 16 and almost close to needing a smaller size and now back to size 18 for me and it sucks but then I guess I'm lucky cause since high school my weight only yo-yos between a size 14-18 and I'm usually on a 18..
