My dad finally lost his battle with Inclusion body myositis yesterday. He has struggled with it for years and we have watched him getting weaker and weaker. One of my very best friends from way back, who I'd lost touch with recently, took her own life Monday night .
Not only that but I find out her life has been a train wreck the past year and I didn't know. One phone call , or email and I might have.

This week the world has lost a few of it's souls a bit earlier than expected,one of my HS friends went to the hospital for back pain-what he thought was a pulled muscle and later that day was dead from pancreatitis.
