Life in General

So, a week or so ago Cindy and Eth got into an argument. Eth had given her a credit card to use in cases of emergency but she doesnt seem to understand the meaning of that word. In a single month, she had bought tons of new clothes and concert tickets. Cindy felt that the right way to excuse her action was by bringing me into it. She pointed out ( Read more... )

Being closeted and somewhat isolated, I can somewhat understand that some may form stronger attachment to online friends in such a circumstance and thus have a more difficult time dealing with it when they disappear; however, that certainly wasn't the way he should have handled it. Just curious, since I've been harassed recently by someone online who somewhat fits that description, was this guy from Colorado?

Oh, ok. Probably not him then. This guy's probably in his late 30's to early 40's. Thanks anyway. Glad to see you're still out there. :)

Cindy, you B-i-itch! She should be using that for the kid. But in her defense, those concert tickets were for the Jonas Brothers.

As for the preacher:
And when we get behind closed doors
Then he lets his hair hang down
And he makes me glad that I'm a man
Oh, no one knows what goes on behind closed doors...

We'll just start our own LJ community for Mark: the BoyWonderMark Fan Club Community, dedicate to the wonders of Mark, dancing in his white tights.

well, thats one thing that upset me. I mean if she were running up his credit card for clothes, the least she could do would be to buy at least one thing for her kid! All of it was for herself.

oooo!!! I want to be club president of the boywondermark fan club! :) and mmmmmm! Mark in white tights....rawr!

I think both those things are rant worthy, I admire you for being able to step back and let Eth handle the situation. It must be sorely tempting to speak up since really it does affect you very much.

Mark is well out of that!

It's so normal to feel protective and act on behalf of people you care about, in fact, it's difficult NOT to!

On a completely different note. Some time ago you gave me links to some of your writing, but when I visited the comm I couldn't find yours. Do you have to be a member to see everything? And you thought I just forgot, I didn't, but I'm slow. ^.^

well, I am not used to speaking up and I find it hard to do sometimes, especially when Eth or Mark are involved but I am getting better at it when I need to. :)

If you go to this link: http://asylums.insanejournal.com/sons_of_cain/

you can check out the characters on the side links. I write for Lucian, Zachary Davis, Jaron LeJeune, Vincent Smith, and Ahmose Sanders. I dont think Ahmose has any posts yet. Lucian and Jaron are my favorites to write. :) I cant wait to hear what you think.

okay, another comment. haha!

Some of the latest threads didnt get finished because we had two people quit the group. We redid alot of things to write them out and accommodate the loss.

Glad to see you posting *and* standing-up for what's right!

The minute Cindy dragged you into the discussion, you had every right to clarify the situation and take her attitude down a peg or three. Her sputtered, immature response merely confirms you were right.

Don't know if what you did fits within the bounds of your relationship(s), but if it doesn't, it oughta!

*hugs*
