I have a car that I am not using anymore but it needs a transmission and probably some kind of repair to the fuel line, don't know if that would be worth it...Right now it is really temperamental to any moisture in the air. I doubt that helps especially considering it is in Philly and you are in Albany but thought I would mention it just in case :)
