So. To those who do not know, my wife Stefka lost her job last Monday. She was terminated for something that had nothing to do with her job performance, and that they cannot prove is her fault. So. In the 'Ever forward and upward' front, I have added another bit of pain induction, I mean therapy, to my retinue. I have been swimming at least an hour a day, every day, on top of treadmill and recumbent bicycle and weights. Working on low impact still, but adding more as I go. So yesterday, a nice sunny warm day....ok, it was hot, and the sun blazed down like the hammer of God. Anyways, Saturday is the day we run practice over here, from about 1000-1300h. Nominally. We get our share of visitors, all kinds of people. Yesterday it was the Mormon girls, but that is another story.
