2 days ago - 1 mile run + 18 holes of disc golf (15 over par)
Today - 13.5 mile biking, it was about 90 outside and the last few hills raped me physically

I haven't done jack this week, I get to apply unsuccessfully for more jobs tomorrow, huzzah!
