Mel got up. Mel went for a swim and a run. Mel had breakfast. Mel is still flsuhed from the effort and grinning.

That's a more positive effect of the weakened body - it produces endorphins a lot quicker, and Mel likes this - pushing her body as far as it can do daily feels good. It's fascinating ( Read more... )

There's a whole lot of things that Mel used to take for granted that she didn't even know she was supposed to appreciate before they went.
