I can't sleep.
I'm writing songs.

I can finally start the one thing that I've been putting away due to finishing school; and that's making music. I might possibly sell it on iTunes also; wear my heart on my sleeve as the expression goes. Let's see what this small-town boy with a big heart can do.

I need the smell of summer, I need its noises in my ear.

Valium is numbing.

I am going to make a valiant attempt this semester to focus on my studies and finally graduate.  It feels like there's a light on the horizon and I'm waiting for the sun to peak.  Hopefully these past years will result in a career where I'm finally happy for once and I can start living my own life.  I've been listening to a vast array of 'Thirteen ( Read more... )

What it was like to be sixteen and in love again.
I'd give anything to go back and feel that.
