The microwave is the best monitor of my time. That is of course where i do most of my cooking. Lets say that i set the microwave for 5 minutes. Well, i'm a pretty impatient girl and usually walk to my room, go to the bathroom or play with the puppy and before i know it, i hear the timer signaling that 5 minutes has past. pretty much most of us here left in good ole muskegon have assumed the role of being a preacher of how valuble time is. while all of our "friends" have gone to universities and sort of have the opprotunity to ignore the fact of growing up by being as wild as they want to. its kinda hard to be wild around here though, especialy with our parents usually within a 5 mile radius of wherever we decide to let loose. but let loose none the less we will do tonight, im so ready to try and explain astronomy to someone while drowning myself in forgetfullness.

Every time i think i'm going to update, i just realize its been too long, no one cares

wrong. i'd rather read an entry from you about pocket lint than read posts from quite a few people i know.

maybe your 2004 theme will be 'hello'.

that was dumb, i'm going to bed. nite.

Seriously, when you update, I'm like "yes! Ashley updated, and she's always got something meaningful to say." Because you do. You've always got insight, and it's really cool.

Just remember, when you're saying goodbye to something, you're saying hello to another.

You're speekin hurtful words of wisdom with this update. In high-school you promise yourself that no one is too far to call or visit, until you're in those shoes you have no idea. High-school it was easy to believe in that theory because for your entire life until graduation your friends have been right there at all times. Here is one fact that I have come to find true: Your 5 best friends in high-school (give or take) will be the people that you keep in touch with into college. They eventually become your world. Sure you'll talk every now and then to your other friends, but your true friends become your brothers and sisters. You will do anything for them, and they will do anything for you. I suggest you pick your close friends wisely. Sure it's exciting to have the thoughts that "now that I'm in college, I don't have to deal with parents", but what you must realise is they have been your gardiens all your life. You are on your own now! Believe me, that's a shock to get used to. I won't ruin all the fun for you high- ( ... )

Was that a comment or an entry of your own? :)

Although i liked that, i dont think i agree with it all.
It's those "5 highschool best friends" i HAVE said goodbye to.
You're pretty much the only exception to this rule, and i think we both can admit, even our friendship has been rough lately. I think you take advantage of the people you do have, but all bets are off with the "best friends" of yesterday.
