i just tutored for FOUR hours (on top of the three hours yesterday), and now they want me to come back later for another TWO!

am i allowed to think: a) that i am not getting paid enough; and/or b) that this is starting to be ridiculous?!?!

With that many hours, you should just ask for a flat weekly rate (with a hour limit so they don't use you as a babysitter).

not enough, considering i am functioning as a tutor, teacher, babysitter, and handholder
