Uhhhh ... someday I'll write about things that I think and do that make sense and have substance. For now, I write in attempts at sobering up. So far, not working.

Yeah, posting from my phone always cuts off most of the post. So GRRR to livejournal for offering a feature that is disappointing. More about stuff later.

Life isn't perfect and never will be. But I'm in a place where I can handle my problems and am happy with who I am and where this life is taking me. I had just woken up from a little nap when I realized how very cold I was. To alleviate my chills, I first put some clothes on. Then, I ventured into the wilds of the "kitchen". For the first time since working mostly mid-shifts, I woke up earlier than my alarm, on my own, and actually got up to start the day. My sleep pattern has shifted.
