Hello there :) I've never heard of chromium piloctate being sold by itself before.. I will have to check that out next time I see a health food store! i wonder if it is dangerous in large quantities?

my mom and i both take it.. my nutritionist told me to take it years ago. I've been taking it with like a multi vitamin and green tea pills.. but yea i find i do loose weight and it decreases appetite. what it is meant for is to help digest sugar and carbs instead of them sitting in your system. My doctor made me take it to help with my low blood sugar problems. It's in many diet pills if you read the back.. and low carb pills too.

stay strong

wow thanks so much, i have low blood sugar problems too,an dI think this is part of my eating issue. I saw a study that said chromium may cause cancer? But it makes me feel better if your Dr. suggested it, you cant trust some studies. thanks for the comment :)

chromium picolate, or whatever it's called, is supposed to help your body break down carbs better...but chromium on its own curbs your sweet tooth...and considering the former is really hard to find, and I've yet to hear of someone who has had major results from it, you're probably better off with the simple chromium. I think. It's up to you, really.
