On friday, I had an 11 year old patient whose chart said the above. When I saw him, the child was inside one of the few rooms that actually has a door inside the ER, most are just curtained off. A few last stories from my last week on OB/GYN:

A woman came in who was about 24 weeks pregnant (she was completely unsure of her last period date), and she was high. I kid you not, during the appointment, she was pacing, couldn't sit still and scratching herself. She had gray teeth and talked barely coherently.
