I did my mile in 10:45. I think my willpower is starting to reach the limits of my body. Im getting to where I am exhausted after my mile. I also got the UFC undisputed game so my life is complete for now.

Went to the gym with Promise. Ran a mile in 12:00 because I was feeling lazy then we did legs and abs. I did crunches on a medicine ball and Ill prob throw up in the morning. I ran an 11:05 min mile. Almost threw up after. So stoked.

I did a mile in 13.15 which is way to slow. Ill be happy when I cut 3 mins off. A 10 min mile is still slow but is fast enough to make the CERT tryouts so I have 3 and a half years to reach my goal.

So I got off work today at 0600 and I have to go to training at 0900 for FCIC NCIC certification. The sad thing is I have been using FCIC NCIC for months and now I have to be certified. Little by little my job consumes my life.

Went to a meeting at cfcc about going to a co school in June. Its gonna be around 1600 bucks but the sheriffs office will pay me back. Im gonna be working and going to school so ill be crazy busy for the rest of the year but it should be worth it.
