Although my I had to work on New Year's Eve, I still was able to receive my New Year's kiss!!  I was pretty bummed about having to work from open to close with it being our first New Year's and all but my most wonderful boyfriend left a party in Orange Grove to the Stairs in Biloxi in order to give me my New Year's kiss.  He is the most amazing

I think what you wrote is sweet. I think its sweet that Gino often thinks of you before himself and goes out of his way to show you in little (significant) ways just how much you mean to him.

I've always said, "I'd rather get tulips on an "any" day then roses on valentines."

Its the little things in life and relationships that hold true meaning.
