it's funny when the upstairs neighbors listen to songs that match how i feel all the way down here. it's nice that they play it loud enough for me to hear.  of course, my listening diet for the next couple of days will bascially be completely r.e.m. in preparation for monday.

at work, we had two different people come in and apply for work wearing pink tracksuits - with matching shoes. one had pink sneakers, and the other had (wait for it) pink *high heeled* sneakers. neither one had neck tattoos that i could see. should i get a pink tracksuit? i do like to be trendy.
off to charlottesville to see david sedaris!

i'm wearing a sweater! and i match all over! tonight, i will briefly play wussy rock music about girls and why they don't like me, while celebrating the fact that i have known my girlfriend for 5 years. i am an enigma wrapped in a riddle wrapped in dough and covered in powdered sugar.

so, after a blisteringly good weekend, the week has picked up the shitface thread that was snipped off on friday. 2 days in, and i'm mad at everything. grrr.
