Had a lovely Thanksgiving in Monterey with my family- hope you all had enjoyable experiences! The next day we took a walk on the beach, and I encounted this bedraggled looking mystery bird.

I am approaching the end of my multiple project hydra-month- I believe that I am actually going to make it! Lets review those hissing heads:

Frown Fact about the Giant Heads: It looks like it is going to take the first one at least 4 days to dry. Damp weather. This is going to make successfully completing the remaining 3 heads in time mathematically impossible ( Read more... )

Fun facts about these giant heads:

- each one takes SIX hours to papermache
- each one uses a gallon of carpenters glue for the mâché
Both learned tonight. Ooof.
