So I am really hopeful about my new place. Ben, Greg and I went and checked it out Saturday. I got us to get all our paperwork done today, and am going to deliver it Monday. I really want to get this place...oh my god it is awesome.

Yippee, I did not break or fracture my ankle. I messed it up to all whatchamawho, but it is not the first time.
