Even after all this time, I’ve still got it. Deception and manipulation are key elements in all aspects of the day to day.

Time to stay quiet on all social media and other avenues. I just need to go away from everyone for a while. Enjoy the disconnect.

I think about it more and more. I’m staying away from Facebook for quite a while. Might delete my profile soon. It’s time wasting to the fullest. Also might get rid of a lot of things I have since there’s no real point in having many of the things I do. Going to slowly stop communication with others soon too. I can feel the wall is high… Even though I just recently saw her I made a very dumb mistake with something I did. We’ve hardly talked at all in a week. No more than two sentences. New year. Third loss of a very close friend within a 1 year period. Well not yet, but my gut is telling me it’s coming. The way we talk, our entire dynamic just seems to have shifted heavily. I don't even feel like I'm here anymore. I feel disconnected from people. I know how to put on the front so I don't worry others. I can wear the mask with no problem. Do what we need to do right? That's the way it goes.

You learn to smile through it and not let on. Often times being trapped in your mind can be your worst enemy. You feel terrible because life has caused you to lose touch with friends you love deeply.
