So, I say 2007 sucked, it was stressful, but I should really put things in perspective it didn't totally suck.  Yeah I had some stressful money issues, and Dad getting worse sucked.    I started school in January, have done really well.  I have gotten closer to some amazing friends.  Ended the year meeting an incredible lady who I love dearly ( Read more... )

Dad is doing better.  UTI made him really sick, unfortunately he can't really say when he is not feeling well.  So it had to get to the point of being flu like before we really knew how bad things were.  He's doing ok...just need to get him to stop pulling out his IV, I think the last nurse finally tapped it down enough ( Read more... )

 
So, Dad's been failing pretty fast lately.  But this is Alzheimer's so I'm not expecting anything to really happen fast.  Such a horrible disease, just slowly robbing him of everything he is and knows.

He is in the hospital, went in today with flue like symptoms.  They kept him, his white counts are high, which means he has an infection they don' ( Read more... )
