Making Lamb stew tonight using scrap lamb pieces from the butcher. I put carrots beans and potatoes in it from the garden. I added store bought onion, garlic, and will add some frozen corn at the end

that stew just sounds terrific, all the fresh veggies! Mmmmmm......... i had lamb today for the first time in years. it was greek style.

I love Greek style lamb! Did you make it yourself? I went years without eating lamb, We started eating it again a couple years ago. D and i had lamb chops on the grill a few weeks ago that i bought on clearance. They were heavenly.
