I'm re-making my hound series I love the vine work But i think I am going to change the shield enclosure, and simplify some of the elements. Then add more shading to give it more dimension. the original is posted pics before and after firing. This is one i sold but

Cheese love!
My new cheese love is Delice! It is a hard cheese, Soaked in sweet wine an then aged to a texture similat to Mimolett . It is sweet ,tangy nutty, and just the right amount of salty. Mmmmm! Snacking on some now!
Gives one bad breath, so I must brush teeth good before going out again ;) -

Never too early ...
Am going to reserve my hotel for Tuscon tomorrow. The plane fare must be purchased by the end of October so i can get a good price. I think I need to be there longer to get everything packed and shipped. Found out the main Dealer i buy from will let me shop over a couple day period and my Gem/Mineral distributor will hold it until i am ready to pay ( Read more... ) -

I worked the shop since my Sunday guy went to Bumbershoot this weekend. I hope he is having a great time, lol! I will be open tomorrow too, as it was busy and the Cafe' goers needed someplace to get out of the rain and spend some of their holiday dollars ( Read more... ) -

Gem show, Gift show
Last Friday I went to the gem show. I actually found gem beads I wanted to buy. They were discounted and of excellent quality. My fav. dealer from Texas was there, and we where wheeling and dealing. came home with faceted ametrine, garnet, citrine and amethyst.
