Cheese love!

My new cheese love is Delice!  It is a hard cheese,  Soaked in sweet wine an then aged to a texture similat to Mimolett . It is sweet ,tangy nutty, and just the right amount of salty. Mmmmm! Snacking on some now!
Gives one bad breath, so I must brush teeth good before going out again ;)

that sounds really good, even though it gives you bad breath. LOL.... it is hard to find gourmet cheeses around here. i will check tomorrow when we go to the big town........ here in my little town, most people don't even know what feta cheese is, so you can see that i would never find anything REALLY good here!
