Yep. Series of photos one right after the other, placed together in JASC Animation Shop.

Yeah, Billy's Balloon just makes me giggle with maniacal glee. Have to make certain everyone's seen it. I'd almost venture to say it's better than Rejected.

Better than Rejected? Hrm... The cool thing about rejected is the variety of stuff he randomly puts in there. Billy's baloon is essentially baloons dropping kids over and over. Don't get me wrong, that's fucking hilarious, but I still prefer Rejected.
