Writer's Block: Long Nights, Short Poems
No. Why would it? Talk like a pirate day doesn't inspire me to talk like a pirate. And international teachers' day doesn't inspire me to become a teacher. So why should I write haikus on US Haiku day?

Writer's Block: Physical Education
I hate most of PE. Except when I was in JSS and we got to do gymnastics, that was fun. I also like doing circuits and stuff in the activities, which is a bit weird, but so am I.

This is a very hard decision, considering I haven't read the book. On one hand, there's smart and independant, which is good. But getting what you want and having more fun is also good.

Writer's Block: Eat, Drink, Be Merry
CHRISTMAS PUDDING!
I do not understand how anyone can possibly enjoy eating it, it tastes disgusting and it has dried fruit in it. I just don't understand dried fruit. The point of fruit is to be juicy, so why take out all the moisture and eat something dried and shrivelled instead? I do not understand.

My first thought was that it's because football is a stupid, inhumane game with a ludicrously shaped ball. But then I re-read the question and realised it was talking about soccer, and not AFL.
My second thought was that it's because profesional sports in America tend to be a lot more violent than soccer. Except baseball isn't very violent, is it?

National Reconciliation Day!!!!! I've always found Australia day so stupid because we are effectively celebrating the day the First Fleet invaded. I mean, what about the poor Aborigines?
