I find that while I'm eating fried chicken (with ketchup, that's how I roll) the world becomes this wonderful place and I'm completely happy to be in it.

The Buddhist temple my mom goes to is run by 2 very wonderful animal-loving Buddhist nuns. They've taken care of a total of 6 stray dogs (including 5 puppies) and one stray cat. Besides feeding the animals, naming, and giving them a safe place to stay, their priority has been getting shots and spaying and neutering the animals so the cycle of ( Read more... ) -
