Today's installment: Cajun Squirrel.

I'm not sure I know what to make of this one.

I'm not conviced of the cajun flavour here, what I mostly get is curry, smokey and gamey flavours with a slightly musty undercurrent. Very odd.

Alas, any cajun element was spoilt by the curry flavour. It's very odd though, definitely on to try for yourself.
