New Walkers flavours, numero cinco
Chilli & Chocolate.
There's an initial sweetness to these which is quickly subsumed by lots of chilli, but not in a blow your head off way.
I actually really like the flavour of these, although I don't think the chocolate comes through overly much.
Despite that, these are my favourite of the new flavours so far. -

Onion Bhaji.
There's a nice curry flavour to this and for my money it tastes of Onion Bhaji, this is the first one that definitely tastes properly like what it's ment to, and the first one I have an inclination to vote for. -

Fish and Chips.
VILE VILE HORIDNESS! OH THE UNCEASING VILENESS! WILL IT EVER STOP! Oh, the packet's ended.
I was quite impressed on initial opening, the packet smelled of fish and chips, the aftertaste is also that of fish and chips. The problem is what comes in between which is akin to pouring concentrated sour fish sauce onto you tongue (jobuni says ( Read more... ) -

Today's installment: Cajun Squirrel.
I'm not sure I know what to make of this one.
I'm not conviced of the cajun flavour here, what I mostly get is curry, smokey and gamey flavours with a slightly musty undercurrent. Very odd. -
New Walkers flavours
This weekend I picked up multipacks of the new walkers flavours, to sample them whilst they're all still available and see what I think.
Just tucked into the first pack - Crispy Duck and Hoisin.
The flavour was mostly Hoisin and I could of done with more duck, but mostly I was a little dissapointed as it tasted rather artificial. -

I just wanted to link today's Irregular Webcomic, not so much because of the comic, but because of the annotation. I remember feeling very much like that during the 80s.
