I had no idea Tracy Chapman was black. None. Not an inkling. I never liked her songs so I never bothered to look into her or her music. I kinda feel like a dumbass for it but in my defense, when I was younger, I thought Yo-yo Ma was a rapper so....

I often question social media's relevance in my life. There have been MULTIPLE times where I just considered deleting all of it. The problem is things like IG and FB have been become the new AIM and Yahoo messenger.

Burfdays...
When someone I know passes away, I tend to remove them from my devices. Social media, phone numbers, etc. I just know I won't be using that info anymore. It's nothing malicious of course.

In a puff of logic...
Word just came down that the Lizard Lounge/Church will not be re-opening after all the Covid-19 stuff passes. This blindsided a LOT of people. It has also caused some epic gothy meltdowns as you might expect.

Don't touch that dial...
Mainly because TVs don't have dials anymore but that aside... I am SEVERELY over the TV industry in this country. I can't even begin to tell you how many TV shows I have been rejected by either outright or just by their silence.
This is the kind of stuff that makes a person bitter and want to kick shins.
