A year or two back I realized this security guard at one of the theaters at work was a jackass. We have this rule that we have to be in that theater by 4:30 so we can be out by 5PM. Tonight was our Holiday party at work (my old job). The people I didn't want to have to speak to I was able to successfully avoid, and overall I had a really nice time. I think I'm starting to really dislike this job. Ironically, it has nothing to do with the job itself. It's the people I'm working with. I have never met a group of people so unfriendly, socially inept, and miserable as this group. There are a few exceptions, but very few. Tomorrow I have a group coming from Mexico City to hear my Art & Architecture Tour. The professor heard me last year and was incredibly impressed by what I do, so he emailed me personally to ask for me to be their guide. I've recently embarked on a truly daunting journey. I've decided to go through all 4000 of my vinyl records and rip every last song worth anything onto my computer.
