What Do Ducks Eat?

It just occured to me that in my 34 years on this planet I have not established a concrete fact about what Dducks eat. I have kived in a city for most of this time that has ducks but for the life of my i am only certain of a few things that fall with in their diet ( Read more... )

lol.. i have a suspicion that ducks will eat anything floating and squishy. I bet they'd eat snot.. fish and turtles do. hehe

Perhaps, you would think if that were the case then people would discard snot instead of bread.

A pig farm is a more efficient way to get rid of bodies but I imagine if you cut the body into small enough peices you coudl convince the ducks to eat them.

I have an image of ducks as white trash coming into wealth. Slathering thick gobs of caviar on slabs of fried spam. Heathens probably used metal spoons to dish it out.

Spam and Caviar sound like the title of an ecclectic band, or maybe Dr. Seuss knock off, no, it's a web comic.

Wait, it is a spoof detective show Spam Suede and Caviar Jackson.
He is a white uptight divorcee prone to cliche' detective novel behavior. She is a funky black bombshell out to have a good time. Together, They Fight Crime.
