There's a nest in the awning outside Amy's bedroom window. You can stand on her bed and look right in it. There were some adorable baby birds and she loved looking at them and wondering at their little gaping beaks and closed eyes. When it comes to snow, I can say with all honesty that I basically detest it. I have, however, quite enjoyed the past two days of sleeping until to a disgracefully late hour, and then not going to work. There's been a blizzard, people, so your packages are just going to be delayed. YES.

Smashing Pumpkins are releasing a new album in July. Well, actually it's Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlain and some other people, but that's all that matters. I never listened to his solo album yet. Maybe I will, but all I care about is that this will probably mean touring, and I'm so there if they come anywhere near here.

I'm dreading Christmas, and to a somewhat lesser degree, the accompanying birthdays. The shopping was pleasant, thanks to Ebay and a few selected online stores, but the giving, I can foresee, will probably be miserable. A new Charlotte's Web movie is coming out next month. Hollywood is obviously on a mission to remake every movie that has ever been made. Amy and I will probably go and see it, though.

I got my hair cut. It is too short for a ponytail now. I think it looks pretty good, but I'll have to reevaluate tomorrow after showering.
