We had a pretty good luau. I got chewed out today for spending too much money, but it was worth it. Today was Amy's real birthday and she is six years old now!

Today I saw Kai for the first time since April. He has really grown and I was so glad he remembered me! I wanted to invite Kirstin and him to Amy's party so I stopped by their house and we even took them to the park with us. It was great to see them. We're doing the Hawaiian thing this year for Amy's birthday party. She's turning six this month.
It's in less than three weeks, and I need good ideas for what kind of food, games, decorations, etc. I know you guys are creative, (ahem RACHEL) so give me some good ideas.

Dr. Phil was on Sesame Street this morning. Amy thought it was so silly. It pretty much was, since he compromised with Dr. Feel during the segment, which would never happen.

yeah screw it. ian and i really need to break our internet addictions, so we're going to get rid of our cable at home. we'll still have it for work, but that's limited to the free minutes we have while we are there.
