Belatedly, many happy returns!!

And as someone who just got WHALED ON by babysitting a 4-year-old tonight, congrats on weathering the kids.
Seriously, I couldn't do that day-in, day-out.

I was totally geeked out when my kids started watching Star Wars (and when we got to the part where you find out Darth Vader is Luke's father, my oldest turned to me with his jaw hanging open in astonishment, which made me immensely happy).

Joseph has already read all of the books cover to cover several times, but he tends to freak out in a major way whenever a movie gets even slightly scary, so I was pleased to see him enjoying it instead of screaming for me to turn it off.

For reference, we still haven't made it through The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, or even Bedknobs & Broomsticks.

We have a friend who's son can't get through Mary Poppins because Admiral Boom shoots off a cannon at the beginning.

Happy Birthday!!! 40 is fun. :)

For TMJ, I seriously, seriously recommend an NTI. http://www.nti-tss.com/ It isn't like a bite guard, where you just have something else to bite/grind. It really does prevent you from clenching/biting/grinding.

It says "headache" all over the website, which is how I found them (searching for headache relief). I hadn't been able to open my jaw fully since I was 19. Lots of icky noises, grinding, popping, etc. Now, nothing. It took a couple years for me, but I had other issues, you might get relief quicker.

And cool about the kids! :)

Welcome to the 40s, the new 30s!

Have you gone to any H.S. reunions? I have not been back to Somerset much.
