Despite our best intentions, we ended up getting up about an hour later than we expected.  Breakfast was in the room with some of the groceries we ordered yesterday.  Unfortunately we had forgotten to order bowls or silverware, so we had cereal out of the room glasses.  This worked better than I would have expected ( Read more... )

Disneyland Day 0: Plane was delayed by an hour after we boarded, Elias had a monster meltdown right before we took off but got it together during the flight.  Missed our lunch reservation due to the delay.  Drag.

Every conversation includes "Is everyone you know OK?" and there's this weird feeling of dread and foreboding in the air. It sucks.

1,400 people laid off today, so far I do not appear to be one of them.
