So last night I went running with my friend Danni and after about 5-6 400m laps of intervals I was totally exhausted. I'm thinking about making a habit of it. I could stand to lose a few pounds.

This morning as I walked under the sweeping branches of an old poplar tree it came alive with ravens calling out to each other to check out the animal with the featherless wings.

I watched one of my buddies moms smoke crack tonight.
I came home and I cried.
Fuck these people, Fuck this town.
And especially fuck you.
