Q: What did I get for valentine's day?

I guess I'm turning into an old lady before my very eyes! It seems that I may well have gallstones or some other malady of the gallbladder. I'll know for sure though after an ultrasound and upper endoscopy (read: shoving fiber optic tubes down your throat) next week.
