If it's any consolation, I hear that the morning sickness is often in direct proportion to the baby's health. If you're sick as a dog, the baby will be healthy as a horse. :)
It's interesting that it's a reflex - nature's way of ensuring that there is nothing in your system that could make you sick in a way that could jeopardize the baby - oh, the irony.
