What a wonderful day. I slipped and fell today in my kitchen before work and sliced open my toe nd smashed my nail. I thought it was fine so I put on my boots and went to work. It's been a while. Not much has happened really. I got an 82 composite score on my PT test. Not too bad, now I don't have to test again for another year..or until they make me do it again. My run time improved by 30 seconds, so my workouts have paid off. I really want to improve it farther...so I'm going to start running more through out the week. ( Read more... )

So, my supervisor volun-told me to represent the AMDS (Aerospace Medicine Sqaudron) by attending a B-B-Q for the Japanese Ambassador. Apparently I am a sharp troop, and would represent the squadron well...I personally think no one voluntereed to do it and they needed a young person. Either way, it's a pretty awesome thing. Will takes his second CDC test tomorrow. He'll do great, I know it. I've been helping him study the past cople of days, and he has everything down. I hope he gets a 90% again. I know he has it in him. And if not, I know he'll have been real close to it. If he gets a 90, he'll get 3 days off and another Commander's coin. He's such a smart boy. He ( Read more... )
