I tend to have really intense, consistent dreams. When I say consistent, I mean there's a basic plot and I stick to it. There are no dancing hippopotami, ever. I don't remember the last time I had a wacky, hilarious, silly dream. I dream predominantly in action-adventure

It's interesting to think about it from the perspective of writing. Like, because I form most of my thoughts in a "story" way, my dreams also take that route. Very cool... and it makes sense.

- They're pretty creepy, although probably creepier for you since you experienced them directly.
- I don't think they're necessarily trying to tell you something specific, but if you've identified these recurring themes in your dreams then it certainly might mean something, along the lines of what linkeepsitreal sez. Sometimes I dream about the randomest shit and I know that's just my subconscious on crack, but since I dream a lot and remember a lot of my dreams I know I've got some persistent recurring dream motifs of my own.

My dreams often have plots but they usually have gaping plotholes and make no sense when I wake. They tend to be sort of sci-fi/fantasy adventures. Often I stab people.
And yes, your dreams sound creepy. I don't know what any of it means though. :|

It's true that dreams stay with you. Even if you can't remember exactly what happened, it's all too easy to remember how you felt.
