Had a wicked awesome climb today. While I myself only did one full route (wasn't willing to push the shoulder and the one route was phenomenal regardless) I belayed for the guys the rest of the time.  We broke for lunch for an hour and climbed a total of 4 or 5 hours.  Only weird part?  Dude at wall had this weird way of belaying, other dude said ( Read more... )

I was sitting here thinking to myself wow that was so amazing to read through all those old posts! it's funny how much life can change and how weird it is to see what you used to think of the world. I'm glad I did it it was really enlightning

was up until 5am sorting through LiveJournal posts to make it viewer friendly, still have another year to go. In official tough mudder news I'm down 12, and rock climbing tomorrow arm willing. Rock on!

what is the definition of relaxation?  I think for me it is exactly what I spent four hours doing - I laid and sat on my couch, heating pad cranked to high on my back, reading a good romance novel.  Now, its a shade before 9, I feel good, and kind of mellow, and I will be going to bed early.  hard to believe that that was all it took ( Read more... )
