Phrases are his main fighting style, but even simple words are very powerful when he wants them to be. Most of his magic are attack and defense spells, but he can alter people

Can Soubi alter their memories or state of mind?: Nope. His canon teammate has strong shields in Nagi's mind preventing anyone else from toying with it.

Would your character fight back with magic, brute force or something else?: Telekinesis -- Nagi's only ability is a very strong one, but he doesn't fight with it unless there's a good reason.

Would you be up for Soubi hurting your character, seriously or otherwise?: If he needs to for a plot, sure.

Can Soubi alter their memories or state of mind?: Yes, but I'd want to discuss it first.

Teleport them?: Yes.

Can Soubi attack them with magic?: Yes.

Would your character fight back with magic, brute force or something else?: Mostly brute force, but Lloyd can use his mana to enhance his attacks, create shockwave attacks, and form a temporary shield as well.

Would you be up for Soubi hurting your character, seriously or otherwise?: Yes, though naturally I'd want to plot first.

Anything else you I should know?: Hmm. Well, the reason Lloyd can use mana at all is because he has a kind of gem called an Exsphere embedded on his left hand. If a situation comes up where he has to fight Soubi without it, that changes the answer to one of the previous questions. He'll be a lot weaker, and no mana attacks/defense at all.
