Ah all settled in the new apartment. Its cozy and nice :-) I thought we would be alittle more cramped, but its the perfect space. We are waiting on a couch thats coming from home on Thursday, so I'm sure that will cramp things up alittle but its a small couch, so we will see! lotssss has happened wince my last update ( Read more... )

So my semester is over and I get the next 3 weeks off, well more like alittle more than 2. This thursday Dan and I leave for our trip to DC, we are both beyond pumped. So July came and went so fast that I wasn't able to update. And here it is, august 1st. I can't believe its been 8 years. Sadly it feels like just yesterday. I think I was sadder yesterday more than I am today, there was a big miscommunication between Dan and I, and July 31st was the last day I spoke to my mom. Ive become my mother when watching movies. I just watched Love, Actually and cried probably at every sappy scene in the 2nd half of the movie. Oh well, one of my better traits I suppose, at least I am capable of feeling. So as I wait for laundry, figured I would update. Lets see... Memorial day was 2 weekends ago, wow feels like we were just there. Dan and I went up to OOB with Shaun and his family plus the Bedards. So its already mid may, months flying by. Life flies by. We got the unfortunate news that Dan has been laid off today. We were both very very surprised to say the least. He had been getting raises and praised for the great job he was doing, with the site getting into full swing and all. And suddenly bam, laid off. Crazy how Life can throw these ( Read more... )
