Compared to Copenhagen, my life here in Los Angeles feels so much more lonely. I have to schedule time with friends, there is no chance of finding anyone to spend time with intimately (and by that I don't mean sex). I don't know where I belong.

I have 8 days until I leave Copenhagen for Brussels, and I find that I'm ready to go. It's a feeling that my work here is done. Like I've completed my task. I miss everyone from home and DC. I miss the family, dogs and friends. Oh, and free fuckin' refills!
