Yoga smugness

Last October my firstborn visited upon me a major back injury which lasted until after Christmas, at which point I vowed to go back to yoga, after a break of about 12 years. I started again this term, with an adult learning class of variously broken middle aged individuals and the obligatory shit hot bendy woman
