so i had chris over last night. and we played video games for a long time into the morning. i never went to sleep but i did rest. i got up at 630am and had a nice breakfast and then went for a nice cool walk at 7am. it felt so nice, i loved it. i think i'm going to do this every morning from now on. but anyways...
