You know, The Downward Spiral, by Nine Inch Nails, is one of the best albums I've heard. After vensre decided to root through my CD's, she unearthed it. I'm getting obsessive about weight and exercise again, finally. Obsessive in a good way. I'm on such a workout rush, that I want to go back an hour after I get out of the gym. But, I won't. Because overtraining does not allow enough time for the muscles to recuperate, and therefore is counterproductive to the task at hand ( Read more... )

Here's how I know that my significant other is a culinary major:
While shopping today, I bought a bottle of wine. I didn't buy it for drinking, oh no. I bought it just in case I needed it for a nice sauce.

So, the vacation is over. Boo. Jason and I had a very nice time in Traverse City, and the Mackinac Island. Is it gross that instead of regularly washing my work clothing, I spray it with a healthy dose of Febreeze? I have gone several weeks without washing my clothes. I am currently finishing my second week with my uniform.
