Somewhat unexpectedly, I will be going to Fanime this weekend...

The con opened up remaining rooms in the hotel block (only $88/night!), and I decided it would be almost as cheap as staying home for Memorial Day weekend, so I'm flying to SFO tomorrow and taking Caltrain to San Jose.

Have never been to Fanime, but am looking forward to it...

Saw the "Star Trek" remake last night.

If you're an old slash hand like me... you know it all began with Kirk and Spock ("K/S" - the term "slash" was adopted from the slash between K and S).
