I hate not sleeping! Why the hell am I wide awake at 3:30am?!!

It just figures. I finally, finally, get my fat ass in gear and have started to get a good exercise routine going and when I try to mix it up a bit by putting in a high impact dance workout in the VCR the damn thing eats the tape and won't let go.
