Aha, then this will be an easy one. Just go to the factory or ask if you can talk to a classroom. Mainly the factory--if you set up a podium or go inside and speak, you can say you taught at least 200 people, if not more.
Trying over the phone won't get you enough listeners.
Perhaps you should simply give your lesson over the phone? Then technically it would be inviting the whole town to listen...or at least however much of the town is using their phones at the time. Certainly quite a number will doubtless wind up hearing it.
